Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use EVRYO, whether as a vendor or as a customer.

1. About EVRYO

EVRYO is a product of Macovv Technology Labs. EVRYO helps dairy and tiffin vendors manage daily deliveries, customers, products and bills, and lets their customers follow their deliveries and bills.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your device and one-time codes private, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Vendor responsibilities

• Enter accurate products, prices, quantities and customer details.
• Deliver what you have recorded and keep your bills accurate.
• Follow the food-safety and business laws that apply to you.
• Use customer details only to run your deliveries and billing.

4. Customers

A vendor may add you using your mobile number. You can then see your deliveries and bills for that vendor in EVRYO. Payments between you and your vendor happen outside EVRYO.

5. Free during launch

EVRYO is free during launch. If we introduce pricing in future, we will update these terms first.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep EVRYO available but provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by missed or late deliveries, incorrect data entered by users, or interruptions to the service.
